SleepBaker went from a quiet website to 15+ enquiries every week
Anna Baker helps tired families get their babies sleeping. We rebuilt her website, planned every page around what parents actually search, and backed it with off-page SEO. Within days of launch, Google started showing it far more often.
Search figures: Google Search Console, web search, 6 months from 16 April 2026.
Great at the work, quiet in Google
Parents look for sleep help online, often late at night with a baby who won't settle. SleepBaker needed to be the answer they found, and the website wasn't doing that job.
Search Console shows the starting point clearly: from April to July, the site was getting single-digit clicks on most days and appearing in Google only a few hundred times a day.
Four moves, done in order
Redesigned the whole website
A calm site that feels like the brand: clear services, easy booking, and the reassurance a tired parent needs before they reach out. See our web design and SEO work.
Built a topical map
Before writing anything, we mapped the whole subject: settling, naps, sleep regressions, ages and stages, services and locations. Every page got a clear job, and nothing doubled up. More on topical authority.
Wrote with semantic SEO
Each guide answers the real questions parents ask, in plain words, and links to the next thing they need. Google can see the site covers baby sleep in depth. Read our semantic SEO guide.
Did the off-page work
We built mentions and links from relevant websites, so Google had outside signals that the site is trusted. How we approach link building.
The line turned up within days of launch
Before the new site, daily clicks mostly sat in single figures and impressions stayed low.
A few days after the new site went live, both lines stepped up sharply and stayed up.
Impressions kept rising as more pages started ranking, with the busiest days in October.
That is how many enquiries SleepBaker now gets every single week. More families finding the site means more families booking help, which was the whole point.
What parents see today

What these figures do and don't say
- Enquiries come from the clientSearch Console counts searches and clicks, not bookings. The 15+ a week is the number SleepBaker reports from its own enquiries.
- Average position is a blend11.6 is the average across every search the site appeared for, including many new, longer questions it only recently started showing for.
- Growth came from the whole packageNo single trick did this. The redesign, the plan, the writing and the links worked together, and the result keeps building month on month.
